Easier on the back

At age 74 tried this out and hit a number of outstanding golf shots.Lot of Moe Norman in this .Creating more lag helps as you get older because it's difficult to create a long swing without back issues.Won the long drive for people over 70 at our clubs men's night,longer than a 59 year old 4 hcp..All this on first try ..

Price is Right

The instructions are conveyed in an easy, understandable fashion. For a hitter of the golf ball, the instructions provide one swing technique to produce beneficial results....good for an inflexible, senior. What is even better, the authors responded with a quick insightful response to my email concerning additional swing thoughts for the downswing.....a nice, thoughtful touch.

If you do not have lots of flexibility, this could help your swing

The "economical" swing is just that -- don't turn so much with shoulders and hips -- and hold the lags through impact to compress the ball.
Pretty basic stuff.
If you are not flexible and cannot make a bigger turn for your backswing, you may find the infor,action worthwhile.
